Rhea was born on April 10th, 1971.  Rhea's father is Harold Wayne Adams and her mother is Fannie Kathleen Heisel.  Her paternal grandparents were Harold William Adams and Kathleen Sue Vaughn; her maternal grandfather is Carl William Heisel and her maternal grandmother was Flora Dollie Earnest.  She has a brother and a sister, named William and Carlina.  She is the youngest of the three children.
