Phoebe was born on May 18th, 1802.  Phoebe's father was John Barlow and her mother was Phoebe Bolton.  Her paternal grandparents were John Barlow and Hannah Savage.  She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Abner, Nathan, Joel, Mahlon and Rebecca.  She was the youngest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 32 in 1834.
